Back in Class

Today I went to class feeling better. I got my grade for our first test and I felt that I could of done more to improve my score. We started class with a sad essay of a girl who's going through an arranged marriage that could not be avoided. After that, we completed an exercise that was really easy and moved on to another essay that was about drag racing. The exercise for that essay was a bit harder but I still completed it before the time limit. Todays meeting had a lot of essays that we needed to review. I learned how to better comprehend essays and practiced my critical thinking skills.

    That prearranged marriage got me thinking now, about how lucky we have it now a days.

    I like the essay about the drag racing. I could relate to it because I like to race as well.
